Meet Barbara Heinemann

My entrepreneurial and intuitive journey began in the early 1970s, shortly after stepping out into the world on my own. Starting with a brief stint in a dental office, I quickly realized the traditional constraints of a 9-to-5 job clashed deeply with my yearning for freedom—freedom over my time, finances, and the pursuit of life's deeper meanings. Driven by this desire, I boldly launched my first business, marking the beginning of a profound journey intertwining professional growth with deep personal transformation.

Running my own business provided the autonomy I craved, allowing me to create a nurturing, intentional space—what I call an "energetic container"—for both my professional ambitions and personal healing. Within this sacred space, I embarked on extensive studies spanning religious history, astrology, numerology, channeling, yoga, meditation, and various metaphysical disciplines. These explorations became more than intellectual pursuits; they evolved into powerful tools for self-discovery and healing, laying the groundwork for my intuitive practice.

By the 1980s, my commitment to personal and professional growth led me to participate in numerous transformative workshops. A turning point came when I experienced the Omega program in Phoenix, an immersive workshop that profoundly accelerated my healing and deepened my insight into the connection between internal growth and external success. Inspired by this experience, I became an Omega facilitator, guiding others through their own transformative journeys. For several years, I provided safe, focused spaces where individuals could explore their inner worlds, heal deeply, and align with their professional aspirations.

Because of my extensive experience creating business retreats and transformative wellness retreats, I partnered with Gladys McGarey to develop Phoenix Rising health retreats. Together, we integrated wellness modalities including yoga, Tai Chi, massage, traditional medical tests, dream therapy, and numerous other alternative methods into comprehensive week-long retreats. Our aim was to approach health issues through a new lens, empowering participants by teaching them how energetic transformation could be practically applied to significantly improve their health and personal lives. Central to our teachings was the principle that we are all energy, and that consciously working with this energy is key to meaningful transformation.

Working closely with Omega and Gladys McGarey, M.D., I have navigated my own personal health journey. Embracing the philosophy that everything happens for a reason—even when the reason isn't immediately clear—has been fundamental to my approach to life and healing. All of my professional experience, personal growth, and health challenges have culminated in transforming my life into a mystical and synergistic experience that thrives and aligns perfectly in every way.

Throughout my journey, I've discovered a powerful truth: intentional inner work amplifies outward success. Every personal breakthrough has directly enhanced my effectiveness in supporting clients, deepening my connection to their needs, and guiding them towards their goals. This integration of inner transformation and outer achievement forms the core of my philosophy, influencing every aspect of my life and practice.

Today, I continue to utilize the concept of energetic containers as a foundational tool in my work, creating customized, intentional spaces that empower clients to navigate personal challenges and successfully build their dream businesses. My mission is clear: to help others cultivate their own energetic containers, enabling them to thrive authentically, aligned with their deepest desires and achieving lives filled with freedom, purpose, and joy.
